摘要
对原有的大学物理实验仪器——金属钨电子逸出功测试仪进行了较大的改进,使其在自动化程度、测量准确性、人机界面等方面有了良好的改善。在作为主要测量部分的电子管阳极电流上采用数字化手段,解决了在大的共模电压下测量微小电流的问题,使仪器的测量精度大为提高。
This paper introduces an innovative modification of the electron work function test instrument of tungsten which was conventionally used in college physics laboratory. Such a modification improved the instrument automatic properties, the measurement accuracy, and a better human-machine interface. On the main measurement part, especially the tube anode current measuring, we adopted the digital optical coupling method. This method solves the problem of measuring tiny current under a big common mode voltage in the tube anode current acquisition, also reduces the cost of using isolate amplifier as well as raised instrument measurement accuracy.
