iNOS,FⅧ-RAg在喉鳞状细胞癌的表达与血管形成的关系 被引量:2

Relation between Expression of Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase and FⅧ Related Antigen and Angiogensis in Laryngeal Carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)和FⅧ-RAg在喉癌组织中的表达及其侵袭转移过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组化Elivi-sion法检测30例喉鳞状细胞癌、10例声带息肉中iNOS和FⅧ-RAg的表达,并检测微血管密度(MVD)。结果30例喉癌组织中iNOS的阳性表达率为80%(24/30),声带息肉中iNOS的阳性表达率为10%(1/10)。FⅧ-RAg在喉癌组织和声带息肉的阳性表达率分别为70%(21/30),0%(0/10)。FⅧ-RAg,iNOS阳性表达两组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.025。喉癌组织和声带息肉中MVD分别为65.85±13.06,5.64±3.57,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论iNOS,FⅧ-RAg在喉癌组织中的高表达,提示iNOS,FⅧ-RAg可促进血管形成,可能与喉癌的发生、发展和侵袭转移有关。因此,选择性抑制iNOS和FⅧ-RAg可减少肿瘤的发展和侵袭转移。 Objective To investigate the expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and FⅧ related antigen ( FⅧ - Rag) and their role in the occurrence and the development of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical method ( Elivision) was used to examine the expressions of iNOS and FⅧ -RAg in 30 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and 10 cases of vocal cord polyp, and micro-vascular density (MVD) was measured as well. Results The positive rates of iNOS were 80.0% and 10% and FⅧ -RAg was 70% and 0 in the laryngeal carcinoma group and in the vocal cord polyp group, respectively. There were significant differiences in the expressions of iNOS, FⅧ -RAg and MVD between the two groups (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 001 ). Conclusion There is high iNOS and FⅧ -RAg expressions in laryngeal carcinoma which indicates that there is a new agniogensis and that iNOS and FⅧ-RAg plays an important role in the incidence, development and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma. Specific iNOS and FⅧ -RAg inhibitor may reduce the development and the metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.
