摘要
为分析非对称共面波导(ACPW)的色散特性,应用时域多分辨分析(MRTD)方法,采用完全匹配层(PML)吸收边界条件,对ACPW的特性阻抗进行计算,分析介质基片介电常数以及介质基片厚度对ACPW特性阻抗的影响,描绘ACPW特性阻抗随频率变化曲线.结果表明,该算法与传统的时域有限差分法(FDTD)具有良好的一致性,而计算时间缩短了近1/2.应用MRTD算法分析ACPW是有效的.
An multi-resolution time domain (MRTD) method was developed to analyze dispersion characteristic of asymmetrical coplanar waveguide (ACPW). Characteristic impedance of ACPW was calculated with perfect matched layer (PML) absorbing boundary condition. The influence of dielectric constant and thickness of medium substrate on ACPW characteristic impedance was studied. The curves of characteristic impedance varying with frequency were drawn. The results show that the method proposed has good agreement compared with the conventional FDTD method, and the computing time is reduced by a half. MRTD method is more effective than that of FDTD on analvsis of ACPW.
