新型纳米TiO_2自清洁氟碳涂料的性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 研究了纳米TiO2在涂料中的光催化性能,及其使氟碳涂料(PVDF)产生的自清洁作用。从物理机械分散和表面改性两个方面,分别讨论了纳米TiO2在氟碳涂料中分散性的影响因素。结果表明,加入371A、Tween-80及Tritonx-100等分散剂,以转速6000r/min机械分散45min,超声分散60min,可以提高纳米TiO2在氟碳涂料中的分散性,且纳米TiO2在氟碳涂料中具有优良的自清洁作用。 The photocatalysis and self-cleaning function of nano-titanium dioxide(nano-TiO2)in fluorocarbon paint(PVDF)were investigated.The factors affecting the dispersion behavior of the nano-TiO2 in the PVDF were analyzed with respect to mechanical dispersion and surface modification.It was found that nano-TiO2 had an average diameter of less than 100 nm and could be dosed into the fluorocarbon paint up to a mass fraction of 2%~3%.The dispersion of nano-TiO2 in the fluorocarbon paint could be improved when mechanically dispersed at a rate of 6 000 r/min for 45 min or ultrasonically dispersed for 60 min in the presence of 371 A,Tween-80 and Tritonx-100 as the dispersants.Moreover,nano-TiO2 had good self-cleaning function in the fluorocarbon paint.
