摘要
为了研制机械设备或构件零部件表面的不粘耐磨涂层,选取五因素四水平的正交试验方案[L16(45)]研究了Fe、Al2O3、石墨填充的环氧/聚四氟乙烯(EP/PTFE)复合涂层的不粘性能、粘接性能和耐浆体冲蚀磨损性能,得到了复合涂层的最佳配方,并对其性能进行了分析。结果表明:当填加量(体积分数)为15.0%PTFE、3.0%Fe、2.0%Al2O3、1.0%石墨、0.5%KH-550时,最佳配方的复合涂层具备了防粘和耐浆体冲蚀磨损等优良的综合性能。
Orthogonal tests with four parameters and three levels L16(45)were conducted to investigate the non-adhesion behavior,bonding behavior,and resistance to slurry erosion wear of epoxy resin/polytetrafluoroethylene(EP/PTFE)coatings filled with Fe,Al2O3,and graphite,aiming at developing non-adhesive and erosion wear-resistant coatings for the machinery equipments or parts.The optimized formulation for the composite coatings was established,while the properties of the coatings were evaluated.As a result,the optimal formulation for the composite coating was determined to be 15% PTFE(volume fraction,the same throughout),3% Fe,2% Al2O3,1% graphite,and 0.5% KH-550,the resulting EP/PTFE composite coating had good non-adhesion behavior and resistance to slurry erosion wear.
