摘要
烟煤用HNO3氧化并在350℃左右煅烧改性后,具有较高的阳离子交换性能。以该改性烟煤作吸附材料处理电镀厂含铬(Ⅵ)废水,在酸性条件下具有较高的还原性和吸附性,可将废水中以CrO42-和Cr2O27-两种形式存在的Cr(Ⅵ)完全还原成Cr3+,具有较高的Cr(Ⅵ)去除率。研究表明,废水的pH值、吸附时间、搅拌、吸附温度、改性烟煤的用量和粒度等对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率影响较大,改性烟煤对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附符合Langmuir方程。
Modified bituminous coal with good cation exchange capacity was prepared by oxidizing with HNO3(1:1)and calcining around 350 ℃.The adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ)ion in the wastewater for chromium electroplating by the modified bituminous coal at normal temperature was studied.It was found that the modified bituminous coal had a high reducing capacity and adsorbing capacity under acidic conditions and was able to completely reduce CrO2-4 and Cr2O2-7 in the wastewater into Cr3+at a high removal rate of Cr(VI).The pH value of the wastewater,the adsorption time,stirring,temperature,and the dosage and grit size of the modified bituminous coal had significant influences on the removal rate of Cr(VI),and the adsorption of Cr(VI)ions conformed to Langmuir equation.
