摘要
笔者就林业生态林补偿、商品林采伐和林地流转等3个涉及林农权益问题进行了调查与分析,提出了解决问题的建议与办法。
The authors carry out survey and analysis on 3 issues related to farmers＇ rights and interests in forest ecological compensation and harvesting of commercial forest and forests land to be on the move and come up with suggestions and methods to settle the problems.
