摘要
针对目前我国拥有大量中、小型电炉和转炉的生产特点,为提高钢的质量,设计具有加热功能的小钢包炉是亟为需要的。本文提出容量小于30t 的、即15t 和20t 钢包炉的设计方案,可用于10t、20t 电炉和15t、20t 转炉;并对容量小于15t 钢水的精炼、提出意见和看法。
It is considered by the author the small ladle furnace with heating function is necessary forimproving the quality of steel produced in so many small eletric-are furnaces and converters inChina.The designs of small ladele furnaces with capacity less than 30 ton,i.e.15 ton and 20ton,are described in this paper.They can be used for 20 ton electric-arc furnace and 15 ton and20 ton converters.Opinions about ref(?)ning steel for less than 15 ton capacity are also given.
