利用国产设备生产保鲜乳对我国乳品工业的发展具有深远的实际意义。本文着重就生产工艺技术参数的确定进行了设计计算。

Using the domestic equipment to produce non-fungi milk has much meaning on the developing of milk industry in China. This paper discusses majorly on how to determine,design and calculate the technology indices in producing process.
