曲咪新乳膏治疗外耳道湿疹合并感染31例

Triamcinolone acetonide acetate and miconazole nitrate and neomycin sulfate cream in treating eczema of external auditory canal with bacterial infection in 31 patients

目的:观察曲咪新乳膏治疗外耳道湿疹合并感染的疗效。方法:62例外耳道湿疹合并感染病人分为2组:曲咪新组31例,男性14倒,女性17例,年龄(25±s 8)a;地塞米松组31例,男性12例,女性19例,年龄(26±10)a。2组病人均每日早晚2次外用各药于外耳道皮损处,疗程为2 wk。结果:治疗2wk后曲咪新组有效率为97%,细菌清除率为100%;地塞米松组分别为61%和67%。2组临床疗效差异有非常显著意义(P＜0．01)。结论:曲咪新乳膏对合并感染的外耳道湿疹有较好疗效。

AIM： To observe the efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide acetate and miconazole nitrate and neomycin sulfate cream （TMNC） in treating external auditory canal eczema with bacterial infection. METHODS ： Sixty-two patients with external auditory canal eczema were divided into two groups. TMNC group of 31 patients （M 14, F 17; age （25 ±s 8） a） and compound dexamethasone cream （CDC） group of 31 patients （M 12, F 19; age （26 ± 10） a ） were treated with TMNC bid and CDC bid, respectively, for 2 wk. RESULTS： After 2 wk of treatment, the effective rates and bacterial clearance rates in TMNC group and CDC group were 97 % vs 61% and 100 % vs 67 %, respectively. There was significant difference in effective rates between the two groups （P 〈 0.01） CONCLUSION： TMNC is more effective in treating external auditory canal eczema with bacterial infection.
