摘要
采用云南省丰富资源的钛精矿,代替 Fe-Ti,在电弧炉内直接合金化冶炼55SiMnVB 弹簧钢。其结果表明:钛、硼回收率稳定,有脱氧、固氮,保硼的效果;钢质量达到国家标准;吨钢成本下降34元。对国家能源及合金供应紧张起缓减作用,并可推广到含钛、硼钢的生产。
55SiMnVB spring steel was successfully made in electric are furnace by direct addition ofilmenite concentrate (DAIC) which is rich in Yunnan Province,instead of Fe-Ti.Experimentalresults show that,the recoveries of Ti and B are stable.DAIC is able to deoxidize,azotificateand protect boron;steel quality meets the National Standard;steel cost is reduced by 34 yuan/t.The shortage of energy and ferroalloy will be eased off.It can also be used to the productionof steel containing Ti and B.
