病毒性心肌炎患儿心律失常与左心功能变化的观察

Observations on changes of cardiac arrhythmia and levocardiac function of baby patients with viral myocarditis

目的观察病毒性心肌炎患儿心律失常与左心功能的变化。方法对65例该病患儿进行24 h动态心电图监护和超声心动图检测EF、FS、CI,并对出现期前收缩患儿作了对比性观察。结果病毒性心肌炎患儿心律失常,动态心电图的检出率(74%)明显高于常规心电图(46%),并且能发现常规心电图难以发现的复杂心律失常。24 h心脏早搏>14 400次者与24 h早搏<14 400次者比较,左心功能明显受影响。结论动态心电图能全面地显示心电异常活动,提高心律失常的检出率;部分病毒性心肌炎患儿心功能降低;频发早搏可影响心功能。

Objective To observe the changes of cardiac arrhythrnia and levocardiac function of baby patients with viral myocarditis. Methods A total of 65 baby patients with viral myocarditis were monitored with a 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram and tested through ultrasound cardiogram with indices of EF, FS and CI, and the patients with premature beats were observed comparably, Results For cardiac arrhythrnia in baby patients with viral myoearditis, the detectable rate through the dynamic electrocardiogram was higher than that through the normal electrocardiogram （48/65 vs. 30/65）, Complicated cardiac arrhythmia that was hard to find through the normal electrocardiogram was also found through the aforesaid observation, The cardiac function of the baby patients with premature beatings of more than 14 400 beats for 24-hours was prominently affected compared with the patients with premature beatings of less than 14 400 beats for 24-hours, P〈 0.05. Conclusions Dynamic electrocardiograms can fully show the electrocardiological abnormalities. Frequent premature beatings may affect levocardiac function.
