摘要
本文在研究电渣熔铸用渣、保护渣及焊接熔渣的粘度和凝固特征基础上,提出了一个区分“长渣”“短渣”的判据 R_(min)值:R_(min)=(t-t_0)~3(1+5.302b^2η~2/(t-t_0)~4)^(3/2)/2.3036η(2+2.303b/(t-t_0))并以 CaF_2、SiO_2作为典型“短渣”“长渣”,对所研究的熔渣进行分类。不同熔剂或熔渣的 R_(min)计算值对电渣重熔、保护浇铸及焊接的工艺过程有一定指导意义。
Based on the study of relationship between viscosity and melting temperature (semispherepoint) for flux,ESR slag and protective slag,the R_(min) is raised to discriminate between“longslag”and“short slag”,R_(min)=((t-t_0)~3(1+5.302 b^2η~2/(t-t_0)~4)^(3/2)/2.303bη(2+2.303 b/(t-t_0)))Using CaF_2 and SiO_2 as reference points of“short slag”and“long slag”respectively,theclassification of slags studied has been made.Calculation of R_(min) for flux or slag is of signifi-cance in welding,ESR and protective casting.
