改良小儿胸腔镜双极股静脉插管流体力学研究

摘要 目的 通过对两代小儿胸腔镜双极股静脉插管流体力学的对照研究,评价改良的第二代小儿胸腔镜双极股静脉插管的体外流体力学特征。方法 以第一代小儿胸腔镜双极股静脉插管(对照组)作为对照,利用体外循环机测量出不同流量下改良第二代小儿胸腔镜双极股静脉插管(实验组)两端压力差。结果 实验组与对照组相比,在同一流量1-5 L/min时有统计学差异(P〈0.05),实验组的压力差更低;流量6 L/min时,统计学差异更显著(P〈0.01)。结论 改良的第二代小儿胸腔镜双极股静脉插管体外流体力学性能优于第一代小儿胸腔镜双极股静脉插管。 OBJECTIVE In vitro experiment, to evaluate the hydrodynamic characteristics of the modified designed bi - caval femoral venous cannula used in thoracoscopic - assisted pediatric cardiac surgery. METHODS In different flow rate, pressure gradient of the modified designed bi - caval femoral venous cannula ( experimental group) was tested in vitro, and compared with former bi - caval femoral venous cannulae (control group). RESULTS The hydrodynamic experiments showed good characteristics of the experimental group such as the pressure gradient was much lower than control group, that difference had statistical meaning on the flow rate at 1 - 5L/min ( P 〈 0.05 ) and significant statistical meaning on the flow rate at 6L/min ( P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION The modified designed bi - caval femoral venous cannula has good in vitro hydrodynamic characteristics, which are superior to the former bi - caval femoral venous cannula.
