摘要
火电厂300 MW空冷机组空冷岛用于置放直接空冷凝汽器和冷却风机的钢结构平台,呈现出结构跨度较大、高度较高和支架结构悬挑过宽,结构连接复杂,上部设备较重,工作载荷和环境作用(地震、风载荷)影响复杂等特点。国内对这一新型结构的设计经验有待积累。考虑了静、动载荷、风、雪载荷和地震载荷等5种载荷工况,利用有限元软件ANSYS的APDL对空冷岛钢结构平台进行参数化建模和力学分析,为进一步设计提供了良好的依据。
The steel- constructed platform of air- cooling island for 300 MW air- cooling units in one thermal power plant is used for allocation of the air- cooling condenser and the cooling blowers. The features of said platform are as follows: large span of structure, big height, overwide of rised hanging members, complex connection of structure, heavy equipment supported, and complicated influence of working load and environmental effects, such as earth squake and wind load etc.. Experiences for designing this new type structure in our country remain to be accumulated, considering five kinds of load, including dead load, live load, wind load, snow load, and earthquake load, a parametric model for the steel -constructed platform of air-cooling island has been established by using APDL of the finite element software ANSYS, and its mechanical analysis being carried out, providing with good basis for further designing.
