摘要
利用 NH_4Cl 水溶液二维凝固的模拟铸锭,直接观察了 A 型偏析的形成和扩展过程,发现了 A 型偏析沟槽的两种扩展模型。在此基础上,通过向 NH_4Cl 水溶液中添加第三组元,研究了合金成分与 A 型偏析形成的关系;进一步分析了 A 型偏析的形成机理,提出了预测不同合金成分的铸锭中 A型偏析形成倾向的参数;设计了钢锭受控凝固实验并对理论分析进行了实验验证。
Formation and development processes of A-segregation have been investigated with NH_4Claqueous model ingots.Two models of A-segregation development were observed.Then,the effe-ct of alloying elements on A-segregation formation was studied by adding a third element intoNH_4Cl aqueous solution.The mechanism of A-segregation formation was analyzed and a parame-ter for estimating the tendency of A-segregation formation in ingots with different alloying ele-ments was given.Finally,the above results were confirmed by further research work on steelingots prepared under specially controlled solidication conditions.
