喷淋水系统在热电厂凝汽器节能改造中的应用

摘要 在凝汽器喉部加入喷淋水系统,利用凝汽器进汽(汽轮机排汽)的热量加热除盐水,可以提高除盐水温度近30℃。对喷淋水系统的结构与原理进行了介绍,并给出热力计算结果。运行实践表明,凝汽器改造后达到了节能和环保的目的。 The energy - saving technological retrofit of a steam condenser has been presented. A water - spraying system is installed in the throat of the said condenser, using the heat of incoming steam to condenser, i.e. the exhaust steam of the turbine, to heat the desalted water, enhancing the temperature of desalted water for about 30"C. The structure and principle of said water - spraying system have been presented, and the results of thermodynamic calculation being given. The practice of operation shows that the purpose of energy-saving and environmental protection has achieved after the retrofit.
