水电项目业主风险的多层次模糊综合评价研究

Multi-Hierarchical Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Employer Risk of Hydropower Projects

根据水电项目的特点,建立了水电项目业主风险层次结构图,采用多层次模糊评价方法,对水电项目业主风险进行综合评判。并以实例证明该方法在水电项目风险评价中具有科学性、合理性。

According to the characteristic of hydropower projects, a diagram of hierarchical structure for the risk of employer of hydropower projects is given, on the basis of multi-hierarchical fuzzy evaluation method, comprehensive evaluation for the risk of employer of hydropower projects is carried through and a real example is given to confirm that this method is scientific, reasonable in the risk evaluation of hydropower projects.
