摘要
2-丙基-4-甲基苯并咪唑-6-羧酸和N-甲基邻苯二胺在氟两相体系中,用全氟辛磺酸镱作催化剂,制得2-丙基-4-甲基-6-(1-甲基苯并咪唑-2-基)苯并咪唑,收率92%,含催化剂的氟相可连续套用5次以上。
2-Propyl-4-methyl-6-(1-methylbenzimidazol-2-yl)-benzimidazole, an important intermediate of telmisartan was synthesized from 2-propyl-4-methylbenzimidazole-6-carboxylic acid and N-methylbenzene-1,2-diamine in 92 % yield in fluorous biphasic systems without polyphosphoric acid. By simple phase-separation, the fluorous phase containing the catalyst could be reused.
