复方丹参片中丹参酮ⅡA的胶束RP-HPLC法测定

Determination of Tanshinone ⅡA in Compound Danshen Tablets by Micellar RP-HPLC

建立了复方丹参片中丹参酮ⅡA的胶束RP-HPLC测定方法。采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-3%十二烷基磺酸钠水溶液(80∶20),检测波长270nm。丹参酮ⅡA浓度在10～110μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率98.0%,RSD为1.67%。

A micellar RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of tanshinone ⅡA in compound Danshen Tablets. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-3 % SDS solution （80 ： 20）, at the detection wavelength of 270nm. The calibration curve of tanshinone ⅡA was linear in the concentration range of 10 - 110 μg/ml. The average recovery was 98.0 %, with RSD of 1.67 %.
