摘要
教师属于职业传播者,其外在形象是否具有悦目性将对其教育教学效果产生一定的影响。但在我国各级各类学校中几乎都存在轻视或忽视悦目性的现象。通过对悦目性的构成要素及其对教育教学效果影响的逐一分析,以求引起教育界的普遍关注,从而使教师外在形象的悦目性在教育教学中发挥最大的效能。
