摘要
高师《教学论》教学中,构建技能训练框架、建立评估指标体系、分项累加记载成绩,可以构建起师生之间职业技能训练的互动机制。
In the instructing of universities' and college's course on teaching,an interactive mechanism of professional skills training between teachers and students can be established by constructing a framework of professional skills,working out a system of target and assessment and adding up and recording the scores of different items.
