三维记忆钛合金内固定器治疗上肢骨折疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价三维记忆钛合金内固定器治疗上肢骨折的愈合情况及疗效。方法采用三维记忆钛合金内固定器治疗上肢骨折15例,共25处(根)其中肱骨中上1/3骨折3例,中下1/3骨折2例。前臂尺挠骨上1/3骨折2例,前臂尺挠骨下1/3骨折8例。结果15例全部进行了随访,随访时间1~2.5年,平均随访时间1.5年。经影像学检查;15例全部获得骨性愈合,未发生骨折畸形愈合、内固定松动、断裂、骨折局部感染、神经损伤、肢体疼痛,关节功能障碍等并发症。除2例老年肱骨骨折手术前商定内固定不取外,13例分别在术后最早8个月,最晚2.5年取出内固定。结论三维记忆钛合金内固定器是治疗上肢骨折有效的一种新技术、新方法,治疗效果满意,并发症少,骨折愈合率高,值得推广应用。 objective To evaluate the healing outcome and clinical effect of fractures in upper extremity treated by 3-dimentional memory connector. Methods The treatment value of 3-dimentional Titanium alloy memory connector was evaluated in 25 fractures of 15 patients, in which 3 occured in middle and proximal 1/3 parts of humerus; 2 in middle and distal 1/3 parts of humerus; 2 in proximal 1/3 parts of radius and ulna; 8 in distal 1/3 parts of radius and ulna. Results The 15 patients were followed up for 1-2.5 years (mean 1.5 yrs), All fractures gained bone healing and no demorfative healing, connector loosening or rupture, infection, nerve injury, post-operation pain and abnomality in joint function were found. Except for 2 eldly patient who dicided not to remove the connector before the operation, internal fixations in 13 patients were removed 8 months to 2.5 years post operatively. Conclusion As a new method for fractures in upper extremity, 3-dimentional Titanium alloy memory connector is recommedable for it's sound effect and comparatively fewer complication.
