摘要 磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)以其优良的生物相容性、自固化能力以及易塑性成为极具优势和潜力的骨修复材料,它在牙科、整形外科以及脑外科等也有着广泛的应用前景。本文主要讨论了磷酸钙骨水泥各种基本性能与临床应用间的差距,总结了各种制备条件对其基本性能的影响,并介绍了近年来人们为改善这些性能所做工作的进展。 Calcium Phosphate Cement (CPC) is a promising material for bone repair because of its biocom-patibility, self-setting and facility to be shaped. It also has wide applications in dentistry, orthopaedics etc. In this paper, the gap between basic properties of CPC and its clinical use was discussed, the effects of various preparation conditions on those properties of CPC were summarized and recent efforts to improve those properties were introduced.
