摘要 目的神经根拉钩是髓核摘除术和椎间融合术必备的器械,术中容易引起神经根的过度牵拉,本文旨在设计可测力的神经根安全拉钩。方法神经根安全拉钩可以量化神经根的拉力,由带压力感受器的拉钩、固定支架和显示器3部分组成。牵拉神经根的拉力通过显示器显示。将此拉钩应用于临床和动物实验中。结果应用Instron生物力学测试仪,校正神经根安全拉钩测试的数据,证实神经根安全拉钩能准确显示作用于神经根的拉力。结论应用带压力感受器的测力神经根拉钩比传统神经根拉钩安全可靠,可以最大程度牵拉神经根,更精确的计算需暴露的手术野,减少手术创伤,降低神经根牵拉性损伤的几率。 Objective To design auxometric nerve root retractor since nerve root retractor is the essential instrument for lumbar interbody spinal fusion as well as nucleus pulposus discectomy and is easy to cause the overdrag of nerve root. Methods Retractors safe for nerve root may quantify the tensile force of it. This type consists of retractors with pressoreceptor, clamp stand and display unit. The force dragging nerve root was showed on display device. This kind of retractor can be put to clinical use and animal research. Results The data got through retractors safe for nerve root was rectified by lnstron vitodynamics test machine. It was confirmed that safe retractors for nerve root can demonstrate the force effect on nerve root exactly. Conclusions Auxometric nerve root retractor with pressoreceptor is more safe and reliable than traditional retractor. It may drag the nerve root to the maximum degree, calculate the operating field need to expose accurately, reduce surgical trauma and cut down the probability of traction injury.
