摘要
目的本试验试图发现酸碱两种环境对β-磷酸三钙粉末合成的影响。方法利用水合沉淀法分别在不同pH值(3.5~9),不同反应温度(23~80℃)的反应条件下得到粉末前体,经过1100℃高温煅烧,得到8组不同的粉末。粉末经过X光衍射鉴定物相。结果在酸性条件下(pH=4~7),合成的粉末为单一物相的β-磷酸三钙。相反,在碱性条件下(pH=8~9),β-磷酸三钙粉末中混有少量杂质。在极低pH值(pH=3.5~4)条件下,粉末中混有大量杂质。结论在低pH值(pH=4~7),50~70℃温度下,起始反应物的钙磷比值(Ca/P=1.50)以及有氮气的条件下获得的粉末前体,经过1100℃高温煅烧,可以获得成分单一的β-磷酸三钙粉末。
Objective In this study, we investigated the synthesis conditions of single phase β-tricalciumphosphate powder with low and high pH value, in order to find a very strict regulation of synthesis parameters. Methods The precursor though aqueous precipitation methods were synthesized on the several different conditions like reaction pH (3.5 - 9) and temperature (23 - 80℃) . In our study, 8 groups of the powders were obtained after being sintered at 1100℃ and characterized by X-ray diffraction in order to identify the phase of the composition. Results Four groups of single phase β-TCP powders were obtained with the reaction conditions of the low pH values (pH=4 - 7), higher temperature (50 - 70 ℃) and flowing nitrogen and Ca/P=1.50. Conclusion With the reaction conditions of the low pH values (pH=4 - 7), higher temperature (50-70 ℃) and flowing nitrogen and strict Ca/P ratio of initial reagents (Ca/P=1.50), single pHase and cytocompatible β-TCP powder can be obtained.
