医用硫酸钙MIIG115作为椎体成形术材料治疗胸腰椎骨折的近期疗效 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨医用硫酸钙作椎体成形术材料结合AF内固定治疗胸腰椎体骨折的疗效。方法A组12例,使用经伤椎椎弓根注射植入医用硫酸钙MIIG115作椎体成形术结合AF内固定系统治疗;B组18例,单纯使用AF内固定系统治疗。结果两组间的术前、术后即刻SI无显著差异,取出内固定2个月后SI有显著差异;两组间术后即刻及取出内固定后2个月终板高度丢失也有显著差异。结论MIIG115作为植骨材料进行椎体成形术,术后很少发生SI和椎体终板高度复位的丢失,近期疗效满意。 Objective TO observe the outcomes of using MIIG115 after AF internal fixation for thoraco-lumbar spine fracture. Methods In group A, 12 cases underwent vertebroplasty by injecting MIIG 115 through vertebral pedicle after AF internal fixation ; In group B, 18 cases were treated only with short-segment pedicle instrumentation. Results A significant difference in SI was not found between group A and group B before opeation or after surgery, but found two months after the instrument were taken out A significant difference in the height of the vertebral endplate loss was also found after surgery and after the instrument were taken out. Conclusions vertebroplasty using MIIG 115 for thoraco-lumbar spine fracture can result in better short-term outcomes. The loss of SI and the height of the vertehral endnlate is infreauent.
