摘要
从现代控制理论和高炉工艺学出发,建立了高炉热流强度控制和操作指导系统(HOG)的状态空间方程。通过对高炉操作状态的分析,确定了高炉内部过程和外部检测的传递桥。开发了高炉热流强度控制和操作指导系统(HOG)。上位机可以根据检测数据,判断高炉冷却制度、操作炉型和操作状况,辅助工长优化操作。
The state space equation of blast furnace heat flux intensity control and operation guidesystem (HOG) was established based on modern cybernetics and blast furnace technology.Thr-ough the analysis of blast furnace operation conditions the transfering bridge from inner stateto outer instrumentation was determined.HOG system has been set up.From a large amountof reading parameters the central computer can judge the cooling practice and the furnace oper-ation profile as well as operation condition.Thus the operators may be able to optimize the blastfurnace operation with the aid of HOG.
