摘要
以山东某提纯钙基膨润土为原料,研究了制备无机凝胶的最优工艺条件:以NaF为钠化剂,用量为提纯蒙脱石干质量的5%,室温下钠化30 min;以焦磷酸钠为磷化剂,用量为提纯蒙脱石干质量的0.3%,室温下磷化15 min;以氧化钙为胶化剂,用量为提纯蒙脱石干质量的2%,胶化时间为15 min。在最佳工艺条件下制备出了性能优良的蒙脱石无机矿物凝胶。
The optimum conditions of preparing inorganic mineral gel from Ca-bentonite mined from Shandong Province were studied, The optimum technical conditions were as follows:the best modifier was NaF, the dosage was 5%, the sodium modification time and temperature were 30 minutes and room temperature, respectively. The best phosphorization reagent was sodium pyrophosphate, the dosage was 0.3%,the phosphorization time and temperature were 15 minutes and room temperature,respectlvely.The best colloidization reagent was CaO,the dosage was 2% ,the colloidization llme was 15 minutes. A new kind of mineral gel with better performance was prepared under the optimum technical conditions.
