高炉大风量富氧喷煤的实践

BLAST FURNACE OPERATION WITH OXYGEN-ENRICHED COAL INJECTION UNDER STRONG BLAST

首钢4号高炉经过上下部调整,取得了“中心开放型”的合理煤气分布,并在顺行的基础上逐步加大风量和增加富氧。文中介绍了在大风量富氧的情况下,增加喷煤量,保持适宜的风口前理论燃烧温度,使炉缸均匀活跃的实践。大风量富氧喷煤使首钢4号高炉1989年在利用系数、焦比、喷煤量及综合冶炼强度等方面都达到了较好的水平。

Rational gas distribution of open center type,was realized on the No.4 B.F.at Shoudu Ironand Steel Co.by upper and lower controls.Blast volume and enriched oxygen were graduallyincreased on the basis of smooth operation.This paper introduces how to keep appropriate the-oritical flame temperature in front of tuyeres and good condition in the hearth under the condi-tion mentioned above.This BF reached good production figures in terms of productivity,coke rate,coal-injectionrate and smelting intensity.
