摘要
三电平高压变频器的开关器件较多,拓扑结构相对复杂,因此逆变桥控制电路的设计是装置研发中的重点。提出了一种基于数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processing,简称DSP),现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,简称FPGA)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(Complex Programmable Logic Device,简称CPLD)的新型控制系统硬件结构;介绍了该结构的设计思想和主要特点。在此基础上,通过DSP完成了改进的恒U/f控制策略,同时利用FPGA和CPLD实现了高性能全数字化的正弦脉宽调制(Sine Pulse Width Modulation,简称SPWM)信号发生、检测和故障闭锁。仿真和试验结果证明,所提出的硬件平台和控制方法具有更加安全、稳定和高效的性能,能够满足工程应用的要求。
Because of adopting many switching devices and complicated topology structure,the design of inverter's control system becomes one of the important parts in the research.This paper proposes a new configuration of control system hardware based on DSP,FPGA and CPLD and also introduces the design principle and characteristic.The DSP carries out the U/f control strategy, and the FPGA with CPLD carry out the generation,checking-up and closing down of the SPWM trigger signal.Through simulation and experiment,the control system and control method are proved to be more secturity,stability and high-powered.It can fulfill the requirements of industrial application.
