高温超导混合磁悬浮系统主电路的设计

摘要 为减小悬浮能耗,增大悬浮气隙,研制了由高温超导线圈和常导线圈组成的吸力型混合悬浮系统;设计了能满足该混合悬浮系统要求的H型四象限斩波器主电路;介绍了确定其参数的方法和基于数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processing,简称DSP)及复杂可编程逻辑器件(Complex Programmable Logic Device,简称CPLD)的保护电路及控制器。试验表明,采用所设计的H型四象限斩波器主电路能实现高温超导混合悬浮系统的稳定悬浮,并证明了电路设计的合理性。与传统的纯常导电磁悬浮系统相比,该混合悬浮系统大大降低了悬浮功耗,能实现更大气隙的稳定悬浮,其悬浮气隙可达20mm。 Aiming at decreasing the energy-consuming and enlarging the suspension gap,the hybrid electromagnetic suspension system made of HTS (High Temperature Superconductor) coil and normal coil is researched,and a H-type fourquadrant chopper is designed to meet the requirements of this hybrid system and some formulas of this circuits are presented.The test shows that the stable suspension of the HTS hybrid system could be achieved quickly with this chopper, and its suspension gap can reach 20mm which is much bigger than the suspension gap of the traditional electromag- netic suspension system and can also greatly reduce the suspension energy-consuming.
