摘要
分析对比了半波整流和电阻-二极管(R-D)串联整流两种适用于交流发电机调压器电压检测的整流电路形式。深入研究发现,后者用于飞机交流电源(115VAC)系统时,虽具有诸多优点,但同时也容易造成检测电路锯齿波频率的不稳定和后续脉宽调制波占空比的混乱现象。因此,在电路结构变动很小的前提下,提出了一种改进的整流电路形式。经分析、仿真和实验结果表明,该电路可获得稳定频率的锯齿波,且具有宽阔的锯齿波纹波幅值调整范围。此外,该电路还继承了R-D串联整流电路的所有优点,在飞机交流电压调节系统中有着重要的应用价值。
Two different types of rectifying circuits, applied to automatic voltage regulator (AVR) of AC generator,are analyzed and compared.One is half-wave rectifying circuit,another is composed of resistors connected in series to diodes.The latter circuit has many advantages when used in 115VAC power of aero plane.At the same time,it may make the frequency of saw tooth waveform in detecting circuit unstable and the following switch duty ratio rough-and-tumble.Therefore,an improved configuration of the rectifying circuit is proposed in this paper. Analysis, simulation and experiment indicate that in addition to retaining all the merits of the foregoing circuits ,the improved circuit is capable of providing a saw tooth waveform with constant frequency.Moreover,the ripple amplitude of the saw tooth waveform can be adjusted over a wide range.Based on the above logic,there is a good application prospect of the improved circuit in AVR of AC aero-power system.
