The non-profit organization （NOP） is an important partial in the structure of modem economic society. And it is playing an indispensable role in building and maintaining the economic and society orders. However, the development of NPO presently fell into financial predicament in the different degrees in our country, which is because of the capability weak of innovation, difficault in whip-round and laggard level of finance manage. We should strengthern the conformity, exploitation and improvement of resource, respect the finance manage and get the outside aid.
