摘要
简要分析了压力容器制造工艺设计现状,介绍了压力容器制造要求和质量检验的主要内容,讨论了制造工艺设计内容、要求和流程,压力容器CAPP系统的基本要求。提出一种基于数据库的压力容器CAPP系统结构,包括:工艺设计、系统管理和资源库管理三大部分。采用VB编程,开发了基于开放式数据库的压力容器制造CAPP软件系统,可以完成所有压力容器制造工艺设计。经企业实际应用,该CAPP软件系统显著加快了工艺设计速度和效率、提高了设计质量和继承性,为工艺设计标准化和最优化及企业信息化建设创造了条件。
In this paper, the current situation in pressure vessel fabrication was briefly analyzed, the main contents in the specification of fabrication and quality examination were introduced, and the scope, requirements and procedure of fabrication process design and the fundamental principles of CAPP system for pressure vessel were discussed. One CAPP system based on database was, then, presented, including three parts - process design, system management and resource management. The CAPP software for pressure vessel fabrication based on open database was developed, which can be used to fulfill the fabrication process design for all kinds of pressure vessel. It has been proved in practical engineering application that by using this software, the efficiency and quality of process design was enhanced and the conditions for standardization of fabrication process design and realization of information dominant enterprise were created.
