长沙市临床护理人员组织承诺的影响因素 被引量:6

摘要 目的了解长沙市临床护理人员组织承诺现状。方法在问卷调查的基础上通过描叙性统计分析探讨长沙市不同等级、不同所有制医院515名临床护理人员组织承诺现状,进一步采用t检验、单因素方差分析、秩和检验等方法分析了人口学变量对五种不同类型的组织承诺的影响。全部资料采用SPSS11.5统计软件包进行处理。结果此次调查515名护理人员其组织承诺总分为[(65.01±10.16)分],五个纬度的得分以规范承诺得分最高[(15.53±2.56)分];经济承诺得分最低[(10.78±3.26)分];五种承诺类型的得分在不同人口学变量分组上(年龄、婚姻状况、护龄、学历、职称、年收入、所在医院等级、所在医院所有制性质、聘任方式)差别有显著性。结论长沙市临床护理人员组织承诺的整体水平处于较高的程度,五种类型的组织承诺以规范承诺水平最高;人口学变量对五种承诺类型分别有不同的影响。 Objective To explore the status of organizational commitment of nursing staff from different hospitals in Changsha. Methods A descriptive design based on questionnaire was conducted in this study. 515 registered nurses from 12 hospitals were surveyed by using Chinese organizational commitment questionnaire designed to investigate organizational commitments. Then the influence of individual characteristics on five kinds of organizational commitment were analyzed. Data were processed by using the statistical package for social science (SPSS) 11.5. Results The general score of organizational commitment was 65. 01 ± 10.16, among 5 dimensional the normative commitment scores highest, that was 15.53 ± 2.56, and economical commitment scores lowest, that was 10.78 ± 3.26. Five organizational commitments have different scores according to different demographic groups. Conclusion The general organizational commitment of nursing staff in Changsha is ranked in the higher-level. Among 5 categories normative commitment is the highest. Individual characteristics have influence on affectire commitment, opportunity commitment, economic commitment, normative commitment and ideal commitment respectively.
