摘要 目的探讨对10~11岁儿童行为问题集体心理干预的方法及效果。方法筛查10~11岁有行为问题的儿童82名,分为干预组和对照组,随机抽取无行为问题儿童50名作为正常组。对干预组儿童进行为期一个学期的社会技能训练,结合父母心理干预。采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)及父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)进行干预前后评价。结果干预前干预组与对照组CBCL总分及各因子分差异均无显著性(P〉0.05);而与正常组比较,差异显著(P〈0.01)。干预后除多动因子外干预组CBCL总分及其余因子与正常组比较无统计学显著性差异[(30.78±9.75)分vs(26.70±7.89)分、(3.59±2.11)分V8(3.74±2.50)分、(2.37±2.40)分vs(2.00±1.83)分、(2.22±1.65)分vs(2.74±2.00)分、(6.54±3.51)分vs(6.46±3.45)分、(1.73±1.34)分vs(1.66±1.72)分,P〉0.05)];而对照组和与正常组比较只有体诉和违纪因子无显著差异。干预前后干预组自身对照CBCL总分及各因子分显著下降(P〈0.01)。干预后干预组EMBU部分因子分值显著改善(P〈0.05,0.01)。结论采用儿童与父母相结合的集体心理干预对儿童行为问题效果较好、切实可行。 Objective To study the method and effect of integrative psychological intervention on 10 - 11 years old children with behavior problems. Methods 82 10 - 11 years old children with behavior problems were filtered and divided into intervention group( n =41 ) and control group( n = 41 ). 50 children of normal group with no behavior problems were selected randomly. The study group were trained by integrative psychological intervention based on social skills training for one semester, together with intervention on parents. Achenbach' s Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL) and EMBU were used to evaluate the effect before and after intervention. Results There was no difference between study group and control group on total and factor scores of CBCL before intervention( P 〉 0.05). But the difference was significant between study group and normal group( P 〈 0.01 ). Except hyperal grouctivity there was no difference between study group and normap after intervention ( P〉 0.05). Only discomfort and break factors had no significant difference between control group and normal group after intervention. The total and factor scores decreased significantly on self-control of study group( P〈 0.01 ). Part factor scores of EMBU were improved significantly after intervention( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Integrative psychological intervention together with intervention on parents are effective and practical to children with behavior problems.
