慢性病患者生命质量测定量表体系共性模块的考评

Development of the general module of the system of quality of life instruments for patients with chronic disease：evaluation of the general module

目的考评慢性病患者生命质量测定量表体系共性模块（QLICD-GM）。方法通过607例慢性病患者进行的生命质量测定对量表进行评价。所用到的统计学方法有相关分析、配对t检验、方差分析、因子分析。结果各领域及总量表的重测信度均在0．75以上，分半信度为0．89，躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能领域的内部一致性信度α值分别为0．78，0.88，0．37；各条目与其领域的相关系数较大而与其他领域的相关系数相对较小；除社会功能领域外，其余领域和总量表均发现治疗前后得分变化有统计学意义，且标准化反应均数SRM分别为0.68，0．58和0.70。结论QLICD-GM具有较好的信度、反应度，一定的效度和鉴别力，可用于慢性病患者生命质量测定。

Objective To evaluate the general module for the system of quality of life instrument for patients with chronic disease （QLICD-GM）. Methods QLICD-GM was evaluated by QOL data measured from 607 patients of chronic diseases. The statistic methods include paired t -test, analysis of correlation, analysis of variance and factor analysis. Results The test-retest reliability for all domains and the overall questionnaire are above 0.75, split-half reliability is 0.89, internal consistency α for three domains of physical, psychological and social were 0.78, 0.88 and 0.38 respectively. Each correlation coefficient between single item and it＇s domain is higher than that of between single item and other domains. There are statistically significant changes for all domains and the overall questionnaire except the social function after treatment, with standardized response mean SRM being 0.68, 0.58 and 0.70 respectively. Conclusion The QLICD-GM can be used to measure QOL for patients of chronic diseases with better reliability, responsiveness and acceptable validity and discriminability.
