论教师专业性向的实践意义

On Practical Significance of Teachers’ Professional Aptitude

教师的专业性向是教师素质的一个重要组成部分，属于教师专业精神范畴。然而在我国，这个问题无论是在理论界还是在具体的教育实践中都没有引起足够的重视。对教师专业性向的重视有以下三方面的实践意义：有利于建立更加科学的教师职前培养和就职选拔制度；有利于全面认识教师对学生的影响；有利于重新认识教师角色。

Teachers＇ professional aptitude is one of the vital components of teachers＇ professional quality, which belongs to teachers＇ professional spirit. In China, however, enough attention has not been paid to this issue either theoretically or practically. There exists practical significance of recognizing the importance of teachers＇ professional aptitude in the following three aspects： to establish a more scientific system for training pre-serviee teachers and selecting qualified teachers; to fully recognize teachers＇ influence on the students; and to re-understand teachers＇ role in education.
