钢桥面铺装沥青砂胶缓冲层的开发及应用研究

Study on Development and Application of Asphalt Mortar Pad to Steel Deck Pavement

沥青砂胶缓冲层在钢桥面铺装体系中起着重要作用。结合其使用功能及施工性能要求,通过对不同配方改性沥青研究,选定沥青砂胶缓冲层的改性沥青种类。采用贯入度试验方法并结合施工和易性确定其最佳沥青用量,使其能适用于钢桥面铺装。通过试验路施工,认为目前采用人工抹涂的施工方法比较有效。

Asphalt mortar pad plays an important role in the steel deck paving. This paper introduces the selection of modified asphalt used in asphalt mortar pad based upon studies on modified asphalt in different formulations and the requirements in application function and construction performance. Also it determines the optimal amount of asphalt with penetration test method in combination with the construction and workability so as to enable the laying of asphalt on steel deck laying. In the writer＇s opinion, the manual coating method is a better and more effective method based upon a trial road construction.
