摘要
本文先分析并验证了高等教育人才对区域GDP的重要贡献。然而在京津冀合作中河北高端人才严重流向京津,回流到河北的确是京津中低级人才,河北处于劣势状态。文中分析了高端人才流动的原因,并在次基础上提出了引进和留住人才的建议。
The essay first analyzed and verified the higher education talented person contribution to area GDP. But during the integration process of Beijing- Tianjin- Hebei, the High talented person mostly flows Beijing and the back -flow arrives at Hebei is middle talented person , Hebei are in inferior position After analyzed the reasons about that phenomena, the author give some suggestions about introducing and firmly maintaining talented person.
