摘要
在我国,发展循环经济,已经引起了各级政府的高度重视和社会的广泛关注。本文分析了发展循环经济过程中存在的问题,提出了建立和制定各种相关的经济制度和政策,运用税费、投资、消费、信贷、价格等经济手段,促进循环经济发展的对策。
The development of recycling economy has aroused serious attention from both government and society in China. This paper has analyzed problems existed in the development process of recycling economy and proposed to adopt various economic systems and policies as countermeasures and use economic tools such as taxation, investment, consumption, credit, and orice to oromote recycling economy in China.
