本文从理想的出租车市场管理目标是整个出租车市场管理的前提、依据等决定性作用出发,系统地阐述了城市客运出租车的理想管理目标就是:利于经营、益于消费、维护提升城市形象和突现管理者驾驭市场的能力水平等四方面的统一与共赢。而关键是把利于经营、益于消费、维护提升城市形象三方面统一好、协调好、维护好、落实好。因为,利于经营、益于消费、维护提升城市形象这三者,不仅是出租车管理目标的主体和出发点归宿点,而且也是体现和检验管理者驾驭市场能力水平的客观标准。
