云南制造业竞争力及提升对策分析

当前云南制造业存在的主要问题是产业结构层次低、非烟制造业支柱产业竞争力不强、产业集聚程度低、自主创新能力弱。提升云南制造业竞争力应采取四个方面的对策措施,即推进制造业结构优化升级、实施有针对性的产业结构政策、加快实施制造业集群发展战略、增强自主创新能力。

There are some problems existed in Yunnan＇ s manufacture： the industrial structure is low, the competitiveness of non - tobacco manufacture supporting industrials is lacked, the industrial agglomeration is less concentrated and the ability of independent innovation is weak. Finally, I put forward such countermeasures as promoting manufacture structure optimization and upgrade, implementing classified industrial structure policy, speedily carrying out the development strategy of manufacturing cluster and strengthen the independent innovation.
