摘要
建设和谐社会离不开法治,除了宪法、公权力的作用之外,民法的作用不容忽视。近现代民法赋予全体社会成员平等的发展机会,彰显权利、实现对人权的保护,建立市场经济的公平竞争秩序,保障我国社会公平正义的实现。
The role of civil law must not be ignored apart from that of the state constitution and public rights while the rule by law is indispensable to construction of a harmonious society. Modern and contemporary civil laws confer equal opportunities for development on the whole members and show rights to advantage as well as realize protection of human rights with the resultant establishment of a fair competition order of market economy and fulfillment of a fair and just society.
