摘要
《物权法》于2007年3月16日正式颁布,并将于2007年10月施行。《物权法》中,对银行债权具有较大影响的主要体现在担保物权部分。相比较《担保法》而言,《物权法》在担保物权的规定上有哪些变化?这些变化对银行债权保护将会产生哪些重要影响?银行又该如何应对?笔者通过本文,试图对这些问题进行较为全面的解答。
The Real Law, pwmulgated on March 16th. 2007, will come into force as of October, 2007. The Real Law has dhanged the Guarantee law in many respectsl and this wili greatiy influence Bank ereditor＇s fight. The author tends to answer all of these questions in this paper.
