城市更新进程中的历史建筑适宜性再生技术——杭州清河坊历史街区保护性开发模式

我国的城市化进程正处于高速发展阶段,各地对历史建筑的保护正在不断地扩展和深化,新与旧之间的矛盾日益突出。本文总结了历史建筑保护修缮工作中的经验成果,在杭州清河坊历史街区保护修缮工作的基础上,对目前及今后开展适宜性保护实践进行了初步的探索,提出了城市更新过程中历史建筑再生的原则和技术。

From the current conditions around the world, the protection of historic buildings is always being extended and deepened： its content is growing and enriched. In Chinese past 20 years, the urban renewal process has gradually been powered so that the conflict between the old and the new is getting more serious. Through reviewing the experience and achievement of the protection and remedy of historic buildings abroad and domestically, based on the practice of Qinghefang Historic Buildings, Hangzhou, some researches and exploration have been built up, which may promote the feasible principles and technology for the current and future protection and remedy of historic buildings during urban renewal process.
