The design and implementation of the intelligent Web search engines for special topics were discussed in this article. With the introduction of Web searching technology, natural language understanding technology ,semantic network technology and data mining technology ,the structure of the traditional search engine was improved. Through the adoption of these technologies ,a special Web search engine was achieved in addition.
