Influence of Building Shape Coefficient on Residential Buildings Energy Consumption

摘要 该文以宁波地区为例,采用动态能耗模拟软件DesT-h,分析居住建筑体形系数的增加与全年采暖空调能耗的关系。研究表明,建筑平面形式对控制建筑体形系数,降低建筑能耗有较大的影响;全年能耗增加率随着体形系数的增大而增大。 Taking Ningbo Zone as an example, using the dynamic energy consumption simulating software DeST-h, this article analyzes the relation between shape coefficient of residential building and annual total energy consumption. Research indicates that architecture plane forms have great effect on building shape coefficient and energy consumption, while annual total energy consumption increasing ratio will increase along with the building shape coefficient.
