植物多酚对脂肪酸合酶活性抑制作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用分光光度法观察了不同植物多酚提取物对脂肪酸合酶活性的抑制作用,结果表明,在一定的浓度范围内,多酚提取物均对脂肪酸合酶的活性存在抑制作用,其中茶多酚的抑制效果最佳。 In this paper, inhibitory effects of different polyphenols on fatty acid synthase were studied by ultra scanning spectrophotometer, the results showed that all the FAS inhibitor in polyphenols had inhibition ability to fatty acid synthase, and the fatty acid synthase inhibitor in tea polyphenols had a stronger inhibition ability than the others.
